Visiting inpatients at Mountbatten

Face masks and coverings

Face masks are optional in all areas of our building. You are very welcome to wear one, if you prefer.

Staff are not required to wear masks but if you would like us to wear a mask while in your company, we are very happy to do so. Please just let a member of the team know.

If you have symptoms

We kindly ask that you do not visit if you have symptoms of Covid-19, unless you have tested negative. Exceptions will continue to be made for people who are visiting someone who is in the last days of their life. One of our nurses will discuss this with the patient and their families/friends at the time.

Mountbatten Cafe

Our Mountbatten Café is open to the public serving hot and cold food, drinks and snacks.

Mountbatten shops

All our shops have now reopened. Masks are not mandatory but please be mindful of others' space. Information about donations is available here.

Volunteering

Mountbatten has contacted all current volunteers to explain the latest government guidance around Covid-19.

There are many volunteering opportunities available with Mountbatten as we come out of Covid-19 restrictions.
