Osborne Run

An enormous THANK YOU to everyone who took part, volunteered and supported Osborne Run on Saturday (17 June).

A total of 553 runners of all ages braved the extreme heat - from grandparents to grandchildren, novices to the more serious runners, including those who took the opportunity to train for forthcoming marathons. All enjoyed the stunning setting of the Osborne House estate and, despite the extraordinary temperatures, everyone managed to cross the finish line and receive their special 35th anniversary medal.

Over £18,000 has been raised so far, and further sponsorship is expected to add to that total. We are incredibly grateful to English Heritage and the team at Osborne for allowing us to use the grounds to hold this event.
We are so very thankful to all those who took part part to raise funds to support the work of the hospice.

Our events wouldn’t happen without our volunteers who give up their time so generously in so many ways, a big thank you to them too!

Check out our photos and videos!

Thanks to our brilliant volunteer photographers who covered the event, we've received lots of fantastic images from the day. Head to our Facebook page and browse through the albums - if you see you or your family and friends, make sure to tag the picture!

If you have any photo's or video of the day please do share them on our Facebook page - we'd love to see them!

We'd like to encourage you to send in your sponsorship money as soon as can; dont forget that everyone who raises over £35 this year will receive a special 35th anniversary fundraising badge to say 'Thank you' for supporting the hospice. Badges are sent out at the end of every month so the sooner you send in your sponsorship, the sooner you'll receive yours!
