Once you’ve submitted this form, you will then be asked to create your own online fundraising page on our Mountbatten website, which you can share with everyone to get more sponsorship. To make your Go Yellow event go with a swing, and help you raise as much as possible, you can order a box filled with Mountbatten merchandise. Please return any unsold merchandise with your fundraising money.
Please note that small merchandise boxes already have coin slots to collect your fundraising, so you may not need additional collection boxes/buckets
