Pauline was a wonderful mother and wife. The day she died was the worse day we had ever faced. It left us with a hole we could never fill. She was such a kind hearted soul. She would now also be a grandmother to Mia, she would have been besotted with Mia who knows who nanny Pauline is and always will do
