Staff stories

What is it really like to work in hospice care? Why do Mountbatten nurses and carers look forward to going to work every day?

Often challenging but ultimately rewarding; a career in hospice care offers the opportunity to be part of a multi-professional team and provide truly holistic care in a supportive environment.

From strong staff support and development opportunities, to being able to spend quality time with patients, there are many benefits to a career in hospice care.

Some of our staff have told us what it means to them to work at Mountbatten.
