WTW Food Trader Application

-All applications must be submitted in full, by no later than 5pm on Monday 2nd February 2026. Unfortunately we wont be able accept any partially completed/late applications due to resources.
-Pitch fee per trader - £125 plus 10% donations of on the day takings. Please note the pitch fee will be due upon acceptance of attending the event. With the 10% donation of on the day takings due within 3 days after event date.
-Once submitted please send through the requested paperwork to support/complete your application before the closing date. These can be emailed to [email protected] with the subject title: Walk the Wight Trade Application - ’Business Name’
-All paperwork/documents must be sent in a readable format, preferably in one email and in date (covering May 10th 2026)
-Upon submission of your application you will receive email acknowledgment.
