A long career in brand consultancy and media has taken Stephen deep inside businesses across many sectors and countries. He is Managing Director of award-winning brand consultancy and creative agency, Thinkfarm. Stephen works with clients on brand strategy, positioning, campaign development and brand activation.

In addition to consulting, he is directly involved in brand naming, script development and writing for clients like Agent Provocateur, The O2, Scala Radio, Absolute Radio, GHR, Team GB, The Roundhouse, Amnesty International, Lexis Nexis, and Banking Circle. Stephen has been responsible for campaign ideas that have delivered enduring benefits to clients’ businesses and grown their brands. He helped to rebrand Mountbatten, creating a platform to tell a broader story about its work and benefits to the communities it serves.

Stephen lives on the Isle of Wight and over the years has become very involved in its arts and culture scene. In 2012 he converted a former bank into Ventnor Ars Club which not only provides a lush meeting place for people interested in the arts, but hosts live music, independent cinema, talks and live satellite broadcasts of events at the NT, ROH, NY Met and others. He is a director of Venturesouth (The IW Cultural Investment Co.) and Filmwight (The Island’s official Film Office). He spends spare time cruising the Solent and Channel islands, golfing and walking his dog, Scout. Stephen has recently taken up beekeeping, amusing neighbours when inspecting the hive in his protective suit.
