If you enjoy the great outdoors, whilst also helping to make people's lives easier, volunteer driver is the role for you.

Time commitment

Flexible, depending on people's needs. Shifts between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be involved in

• Picking up patients from home and driving them to and from the John Cheverton Centre
• Talking to patients and engaging with them to make sure they are comfortable and put at ease during their journey
• Being a friendly face and a listening ear

You will be

You would need to

• Have a clean driving licence
• Drive one of the Mountbatten vehicles, or drive your own vehicle if appropriate
• Enjoy meeting new people and being part of a team
• Understand confidentiality
