At Home

More often than not, people choose to be cared for in their own homes and in the places that they live. This means that most of our work takes place across our Island community, in people's houses, flats, care homes and anywhere else people live.

Our Mountbatten at Home team is made up of Mountbatten Nurses and Carers who work hard to ensure you get the very best quality of care within your own home.

To access our care, which is free, you can ask your GP or other health professional to refer you.
