Many people would like to donate or fundraise in memory of a loved one and here at Mountbatten we want to support you by providing the advice and information materials you might need. Raising funds for Mountbatten can be a way to commemorate someone’s life and add to their legacy that also raises essential funds needed to continue to provide expert care and support offered to all Island people facing death, dying and bereavement. You can choose the ways that suit you and your family and friends from the below suggestions. 

Ways to support Mountbatten in memory of a loved one

  • Hold a collection at a funeral or memorial service (chosen Funeral Director may assist with this)
  • Purchase a memory leaf to go on our Memory Tree
  • Set up an online Tribute Fund to raise funds and celebrate their life
  • Hold your own event in aid of Mountbatten
  • Take part in an event and raise sponsorship
  • Set up a regular donation
  • Donate a light in memory at our annual Light Up A Life remembrance service each December
