Duke of Edinburgh Award Open Morning

Mountbatten is inviting Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme School Co-ordinators and Award Centre Leads to an open morning to find out more about the opportunities available to young people who want to volunteer with the organisation.

The open morning is being held at 10am to 11:30am, on Thursday 4 July 2019 in the Sunflower Café at Mountbatten Hospice.

Come and find out about –

The range of volunteering opportunities across Mountbatten for young people including retail and café roles
How we can support young people undertaking their volunteering role – looking at being flexible for other roles highlighted by young people

There will be opportunities to look round Mountbatten and find out how we can engage and support young people undertaking the volunteering section of their Duke of Edinburgh Award.

If you are unable to attend the open morning, do get in touch as we are keen to find out how we would be able to support young people with volunteering with Mountbatten.
