Pool competition for Mountbatten Huge thanks to Southern Vectis Social and Sports Club who raised a fantastic £500 by organising a pool competition and a large raffle. Well done to Danny Williams who won the pool competition, and thanks to club secretary Malcolm who presented their fundraising cheque to our Mountbatten Consultant Nurse Jackie Whiller. Initially the cheque was presented as £454.40, but this was made up to £500 which will go towards the work of Mountbatten, supporting Island people and their families facing death, dying and bereavement.
