Finding the words

How do you find the words to say when someone has been bereaved? What are the right things to do, to show you care?

The reality of the COVID-19 outbreak is that we will all need to better understand what to say when someone has been bereaved.

Jane Hazeldine is Mountbatten's Director of Psychosocial Care. Here she describes some of the ways you can help someone through this most challenging of times.
