Dedicate a leaf on the Mountbatten Memory Tree

How to dedicate a leaf

By dedicating a leaf, you will not only be creating a unique and lasting personal tribute to your loved one, but you will also be helping Mountbatten to grow and support more Island families like yours.

Leaf dedication options:

Option 1

Dedicate a leaf for one year for a donation of £120 – you can choose to renew or keep your leaf after a year.

Option 2

Dedicate a leaf for a donation of £10 a month or £120 per year by direct debit for as long as you wish (minimum 12 months).

If you would like to dedicate a leaf on the Mountbatten Memory Tree, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Choose a leaf colour and inscription
  2. Complete and return the order form. If you have chosen Option 1, please make sure you complete your card details on the form, or you can send us a cheque. Your payment will be processed immediately but we won’t ask you to renew your payment until one year after the date your leaf is ready
  3. Place your leaf on the tree (or we can place it for you) – we will contact you to you let you know when your leaf is ready
  4. Renew or keep? If you have dedicated a leaf for one year we will contact you towards the end of that year to ask if you would like to renew your leaf for another year or whether you would like us to send it back to you to keep

If you are a UK taxpayer, please consider making your donations go further by completing the Gift Aid declaration on the back of your order form.
